April was fantastic and a lifesaver! My extensions were barely hanging on. She took them out and did a re-install. In addition, she took the time to teach me about my hair and extension maintenance and preserving them. April was extremely kind and knowledgeable about hair! Ladies, if you’re in the Jax / St Augustine FL area… do yourselves a favor and book with her. You will not be disappointed!!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I’m not sure I’ve ever left a bad review for anyone. My two daughters and I had our hair done (3 separate appointments). I had mine done first and asked for highlights. It ended up brassy but I thought…ok it was probably just a fluke. Cost me $245 plus tip. My youngest daughter went into Ocean Blu two days later for a highlight. Her total was $460 plus tip. Her hair also turned out very brassy. That $460 included what April called a “trim” and it was $95. She was in tears when we got into the car and said her hair looked orange. She wasn’t wrong. I called my older daughter and told her what happened and advised her not to go. She has a crazy work schedule and decided to still go because she really needed her hair done and with it being so close to Chris

Thankful they got me an appointment same day because my normal lady cancelled! I had a great experience overall everyone was friendly the atmosphere was good, everything was clean. Savannah did an amazing job on my hair and I absolutely love it! She is super friendly and listens to what you want! Although I’m sad to say I won’t be going back there prices are insane I have never ever spent this much on a hair cut and color in my lifetime and won’t ever again! I can’t believe anyone can spend this type of money it’s insane.

Savannah did such an amazing job on my balayage! From the moment I sat in her chair, she was so kind, caring, and attentive. She made sure I was comfortable and taken care of the entire time. The receptionist was so welcoming and nice to offer if I wanted anything to drink or snack on right away. I really appreciated that Savannah did a test strand before starting to make sure my hair would lift properly — it truly showed how knowledgeable and professional she is. She listened carefully to the look I was going for and delivered exactly what I envisioned. She also kept checking on me throughout the appointment to make sure I was okay, which made the whole experience feel so personal and thoughtful. On top of that, the owners treated me so well. Veronica is amazing. The whole salon is amazing. Get the iced coffee, you won't regret it! My hair looks great and feels great. I called to book and told them I have had issues with time before. I have a lot of hair and it's long. Veronica made sure I'd have the time that was needed to cut, dry, and style my hair. I told her I was blessed with too much hair and a too tender scalp, and she made sure I wasn't in pain at any point. The cut was fantastic. She took off enough that the headaches are mostly gone and yet there's enough length to cover my hunchback. She recommended a great shampoo and even found a replacement for a product redken doesn't make anymore and it's just as good as the discontinued one, if not better. It was a wonderful experience and I can't wait to go back!
