I was disappointed by my experience at this location. I was asked to leave my personal shopping bag at the front of the store, which made me feel uncomfortable and unfairly singled out. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and not made to feel like I’m doing something wrong. Unfortunately, this policy has made me choose not to shop here again.

very unprofessional the owner laughed and kept saying anyways while asking if we could return some hair we bought literally the day prior ! WILL NOT BE SHOPPING HERE THE WORKERS NEVER have a good attitude … Truly the policy is fine but it’s another thing to be disrespectful

The associates do not always know product information but they are willing to help you find what you’re looking for.

I dont like how they watch you when you're about to spend your hard-earned money watching you like you're going to steal something go to a store that is going to appreciate your business

The personnel that I dealt with at this establishment were very welcoming made me feel it's not about the money I spend but if they can help me. If they don't have something, they will recommend somewhere to get it. They even have a reward card for purchases . I love it. It's a black own establishment, and they are very understanding. My mother has traction alopecia, and they recommend something that is growing my mom hair back.
