I absolutely love this salon! I’ve been coming here for 10 years now and wouldn’t change a thing. They have every service you need! Not only do I get my extensions and color here from Sheena, but I do weekly acne treatments with Ruby. My skin and hair has never felt or LOOKED better. Highly recommend!

I had my hair cut by Ann. I felt like she did a rush job on my hair. After she was done blow drying i hair i brought it to her attention that my right side looked longer that the left side. She said it just looked that way because of the way she blow dried it. The drape kept falling off, and hair falling down my back inside of my overalls. I use to do hair for living several years ago, so i can tell the difference between a good and bad hair cut. I went home and cross checked my hair. And the layers in the back are shorter than the other side. I paid $55 for my haircut and I ended up with a rush haircut and uneven. Don't plan on returning. I guess I will go back to Cartels. At least there the hairstylist take their time with cutting your hair.

Do NOT go to Sun Hee at OC Hair Lounge. She will absolutely destroy your hair!! She has no clue what she is doing. I used to have long hair, and I lost more than HALF my hair and all of the root has BROKE. My previous stylist was 45 min away so I tried somewhere closer and what a MISTAKE. I should sue this lady for the emotional toll. Literally save yourself and run far away from this lady before she trashes your hair too.

I had an appt with Lou. Great shampoo and haircut. I have been going to him for at least a year. Always on time. Always polite,and checks on how my last haircut was. Am pleased I found him and this marvelous location.
