Mike did an amazing job with my 3-year-old son’s haircut. He styled his hair into a Mohawk, and it turned out great. I loved the shop’s atmosphere. Most importantly, Mike was patient and made my son feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. We will definitely be back for another service.

Dylan at Obsidian is a straight-up artist. I’ve had plenty of cuts, but the precision this guy is putting out is next-level. The fade is seamless, the beard is crisp, and the attention to detail is just surgical. He’s got that rare talent for modern styling where you just know you’re walking out looking 100% on point. As the owner of Courteous Carpet Care, I live and breathe clean lines, and Dylan brings that exact same elite energy to the chair. If you’re in Greenville and looking for a barber who actually takes pride in the craft you need to get in his chair. This is the kind of work that puts a shop on the map.

Definitely ask for Hutch! My son’s shag came out sooo good! 🔥 We came in as a walk in and had a very short wait. The hair cut came out great and most importantly, my son sat still and later said he wants to keep going there.

I stopped by Obsidian Barber Lounge as a walk-in, and it was an all-around great experience. First off, the vibe is just right: great music, chill energy, and a space that feels intentionally designed from floor to ceiling. The decor and atmosphere are top tier. I also appreciated seeing barbers and clients of all backgrounds. It’s clearly an inclusive space for all hair types. Most importantly, they got to me quickly, and I love my haircut. P.S. The writing on the wall is such a unique and inspiring visual touch. 👌🏿
