Nikki was professional and thorough. She cleaned everything before and after use which makes me confident in the overall cleanliness of her studio. I also felt comfortable, like I was hanging out with an old friend, which I think is really important because the nature of her business is being up close and personal with the parts of our bodies that we don’t like. Additionally, I was impressed with her recommendations for other treatments I was considering. She suggested trying an alternative procedure than what I asked about, even though it was less expensive, because she felt it would give me a better result.
