Oasis Pamper Nails & Spa

Had pedicure done with sister in law as a treat at 3.45pm. Went to bed at 10:45pm and woke up and 3 nails were cracking, and smear separating. I called in the morning and said I’ve had thousands of pedicures and this has never happened. I said I’d be by for a refund and was told no. They would repaint. Against my better judgement t, I gave it a second try. Nails were done at 1:30pm today. This picture is my big toe at 8:45pm. They are putting something in their polish. I’m taking it off. DO NOT get your nails done here!!!!

DO NOT GO 3 DAYS AND CHIPPED ALREADY! I been coming here for a while and I have had little things happen here there where I brushed it off. But today was my last straw and they want get my service again. As a black person be careful going to thes type of places because they put us last but want our money. I just got my nails done 3 days ago and its already chipped. I came in today to get it fixed. They said come back in 30 min. I wait for 20 min no one said nothing. I asked how much longer. They said come back in 30 min. They decided to work on this white lady nails who just walked in and told me another 30 min after I just left and wasted my gas. I said to her you just told me 30 min and now you want add another 30 minutes on. Be careful with these people.

I’ve been to this salon 3 times before and this is my last. I walked in for my appointment and the lady started cutting my nails without asking, filed my nails to completely different lengths. Looked awful and she asked me if it was good. She also filed on my skin multiple times. I asked for long almond and got very short almond nails

Normally I do not give out negative ratings, but this I can not be quiet about. I called to make a complaint and was told the owner was not there. The tech who service me was name Mia. She did my gel nails, eyebrows, and chin hair removal which were fine. I was not pleased with my gel pedicure she did the same day. I called back the next day to inform Mia that I was not pleased with the job because it looked like something I could have done at home my toes looked horrible!!! For starters she put cold water in the tub for my feet to soak, did not push back my cuticles and just threw some polish on them and sent me on my way. I really believe she thought I did not know the difference. I knew the difference I thought maybe she was doing a new technique. She is the professional I trust
