OASIS NAILS AND SPA IN ZEPHYRHILLS

Normally it’s a 5 star when yuki or sonny do my nails and toes. They are out of town and Kevin did my nails today and I asked certain things to be fixed at the end result an he just kept saying I messed them up when they were drying. The first two times my fingers never moved. He never even offered to fix he just let me go and made me pay for it. I will never go again unless I have yuki and Sonny there. I know this wouldn’t have happened if they were there. I have been going there for 8 years and this is the first bad review I had. As a big note this is a new full set! Looks like the finger is grown out and I haven’t even had them on 8 hours! If you are going to go there , use Sonny or yuki !

First and last time going. $35 for gel polish only and they came off witching 2 days! At day 5, one left. $70 for toes and nails! I could’ve had a 4 year old do a better job with her nail polish!

I’m leaving this review to share my experience and hopefully help others make an informed decision. The pedicure I received today was not handled safely or professionally. My cuticles weren’t pushed back before acrylic was applied, the prep was rushed, and the e-file was used so aggressively that one of my toes burned when primer and alcohol were applied. When I brought it up, instead of acknowledging the possibility of over-filing or irritation, the tech told me I must be “allergic to the primer,” even though only one toe was burning. That’s not an allergy that’s improper technique. The acrylic application was uneven, and the French tips were done using a shortcut method instead of an actual smile line technique, which made the tips inconsistent across different toes. I had the worst experience today and my nails look awful… there is acrylic caked under my nails… my nails are crooked instead of square…. the nail tech obviously was having a bad day because he was very snatchy .. I tried small talk and he ignored me like I didn’t even say anything.. my nails look awful and I am just livid… why treat people like they are a bother to you… this is your job…. I’ll find somewhere else because I am appalled by how I was treated…. I’ve been going there for over a year but not anymore. I had to come home and file my nails to try to make look better… like really?
