Oasis Aveda completely ruined my hair. I booked an appointment for highlights and lowlights as you can see in my screenshot. But the hairstylist Walid said that i need to go for full foils. I said i wanted to keep darker roots, so that it grows out more naturally, but my hair came out looking like a silver highlighter with patches of orange all over my hair. It looked so bad that it make me cry. I will post a before and after picture and also the inspiration pictures I showed to the hairstylist. But he kept saying it looks great and tried to lie that it looks amazing and then convince me to go out looking like that. When I told him that I hate what he did to my hair, he got upset. I love Oasis Aveda hair salon and I am returning customers for many years. They are so professional, especially in hair coloring. Sometimes I am doing highlights, next time root touch up or full color, they did best job to maintain my hair style and look! Very friendly energy, listening clients needs. As a busy mom, that find little free time, they always fit me into their busy schedules even without appointments. So thankful to find them, and always going back knowing that they will take care of my hair great!!

Geeta is the worst hair stylist, she colored my hair , charged me close to $300 for highlights and cut and the end result was bleached patches all over my head. I am late in review, its been a few months now but Seema, another hairstylist was witnessed when i complained and while i was talking with Geeta about her experiment on my hair, Geeta just grabbed her bag and walk out from Aveeda and get inside Macys for shopping. She is extremely unprofessional and rude, and claimed that she has 20 years of experience. Rubbish customer service as well. PFA my bleached hair pictures.

Had a great experience! I botched my hair with an at home highlight kit and was desperate to get it fixed. I was able to schedule an appointment the day I called and Mike fixed it. I was very specific that I didn't want warm/golden tones and he was very accommodating. Did a great job! I have bounced around from salon to salon but I will definitely be back. It's also a convenient location in the mall - get some shopping down while you're out!

I am glad I have found very professional Barber/Hair Stylist WALID at Oasis AVEDA Spa & Salon in Dulles Town Center Mall VA. It’s my experience that very hard finding good Barbers For Men’s Hair Cut (hand cut) and Styling in this area. With WALID I experienced his hands on 25+ Years of experience, decided continue use his services at this Salon. Owner and All staff are also very Welcoming and received/treated me very well. I highly recommend to try.
