I should have read the reviews, and saved money. This was my first and LAST visit. I told Tony I wanted a regular manicure. He pointed to the dip powder, I said no, regular mani and asked my color. He puts gel on my nails when I NEVER mentioned gel. I already have thin nails, and there is a reason I do NOT get gel nails. He rushed everything and did NOT properly handle my hands or nails. I told him to take everything off, which he didn't take all gel stuff off and knicked me in the process. I had to go to another nail salon to treat my nails. She saw the horrible work he did! I would not recommend this nail salon.

Literally. Look at the difference of what we wanted and what we got me and my friend were just trying to get our nails done for Christmas and literally this is what we got. This was absolutely horrible nightmare never again.

I visited Oakwood Nails for the first time in January. The wait was not long. The nail tech (can’t remember her name) was kind and friendly. She done a fabulous job on my nails. I was feeling myself when I left, OKAY!! I received a full set manicure with gel polish and a border design. I definitely will be revisiting for future services.

The owner must be stressed or no longer cares. She was once really good. Now they seem to be cutting their products and they are just rude. They really seem to either hate their jobs or hate black women.🤷🏾‍♀️ Either way they suck and I will not return. I got my nails done 12 hours ago and they look HORRIBLE. I asked her to make sure my nails were straight and Sandy said, “ I’ve already been doing your nails for an hour.” So does that mean I should leave dissatisfied? Is there a time limited? The shop was empty so it’s not like anyone was waiting to be serviced. $102. The pedicure was HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, JUST HORRIBLE. && my eye brows ARE DAMAGED. All I can say is go there AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Decided to get my nails done and I've been here before years agoooo and they were pretty good..... thought about going here again but the first lady who was working my nails made them way too short like way too short it was like what's the point of paying for them and so I told her she said OK I thought she was gonna make them longer. She kept filing them down and then her boss or who I assume was her boss kept hovering over us while she was doing my nails and so I decided to say, can she make them longer and her boss stepped in and decided to rip off the acrylic tips and ripped off the acrylic tip on my thumb which caused my whole nail to rip and as I'm trying to see what just happened the lady is pulling my hand back not letting me see what happened and then she proceeds to take a nail t
