Bartow has been blessed with an amazing wellness center!!! Don’t sleep on Oak Wellness! From red light therapy, personal training, cold plunge, fun classes and hands down the best massages around, you’re truly missing out if you haven’t been. My favorite option is the 30 min massage because it’s affordable, fits into my schedule, and it targets my specific aches and pains.

Oak Wellness is truly a place that values holistic health. I have experienced therapeutic massages from Jorden and owner, Paris and both are incredible. I have also attended personal training sessions, red light therapy, and cold plunge. I highly recommend making Oak Wellness a part of your wellness routine!!

I’ve been going to see Paris for almost 4 years. She is the best massage therapist I have ever been to. She listens to my concerns, works on the areas I need, gives advice on how to stretch areas that need them and is always encouraging. Her full body massages for relaxation will put me to sleep. The NMT massage was incredible. She relieved tension in my jaw that I didn’t realize was there. I highly recommend her.

Jorden Mathis is the absolute BEST masseuse I have ever been to! She is incredibly knowledgeable and talented about working out my very tense muscles between my shoulders. And my husband has Paris Cousins as his masseuse who is also incredibly talented. He has gone to Paris for years. We love these two ladies so much!!
