Oak Tree Salon has excellent customer service with genuine, person-to-person communication. Mrs. Ock is incredibly kind and truly knowledgeable when it comes to Asian hair—from coloring to haircuts. Her prices are fair, and the quality of her work really shows. I only wish I had found her sooner before getting my hair done at Cali Hair—what a difference it would have made. Overall, she’s a wonderful stylist who provides great service. I’m a very happy customer!

Mrs. Oak is amazing. She has 40 years of experience and is professional and honest about pricing and your hair. This was my second time with her, and I am always satisfied with my hair. I had a Japanese straight perm (permanent), and this is how my hair looks two weeks later—just air-dried after shampooing—no blowout. Highly recommend it.

First time I went, I received a great haircut but these last few times, I did not. She will no longer receive another penny from me. Her inability to listen to my wants and needs is what brought me to type up this review. I asked for a specific trim and was basically told no, all because she said I'm not military. I didn't realize I had to be in the military, to get a high fade. I asked for a specific cut, using specific size blades but that didn't happen. She left a lot of hair, especially in the back and when asked to fix it, she argued about it, and refused. She didn't ask how I wanted my sideburns and cut them too low, as well as cutting around my ears too much. These last few haircuts are not at all what I asked for. The haircut came out horrible and now I'll need to have it fixed bu

I got my hair cut by Ock for the first time and was so pleased! She gave me a super cute haircut. I got tons of complements and she is and absolutely amazing lady with a huge heart! I highly recommend her!

She is an expert in Korean haircut. My husband got a perm and a free hair essence for his new hair. It keeps his hair soft and healthy after the perm.
