I had a wonderful experience with Serena & Emily!! During my consultation & the appt., Serena & Emily asked thorough questions about what I desire for my hair, and what I want to avoid. Serena is excellent at communicating in a timely manner leading up to my appt., and provides detailed answers to my questions. Serena explained each step of the process to me as we moved along. She took her time and created a comfortable space for me to open up about any changes I wanted to make. Emily did great work with my bangs, blending & framing them to suit my face. The energy was positive and I felt like I was spending time with friends. I highly recommend this salon. I feel a sense of my confidence back, and refreshed. My future appts. are something to look forward to!

Kyleigh did an incredible job on my hair, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everyone in the salon was so friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The whole appointment was actually fun. Kyleigh knew exactly what to do with my hair and I love it so much. 10/10 recommend, and I will definitely be coming back :) before and after for reference

SERENA YOU ARE A BLESSING! i walked in nervous as this was a new location and i left feeling so so happy i chose Oak & Ivory. being a real redhead it’s hard to trust new stylist… these group of girls were so funny- the 2.5 hours felt like 30 minutes!!! thank you for my NEW hair, literally!!

Emily is wonderful! She took the time to educate me on my hair and explained everything there is to know about hair extensions. Very pleased with my service and cannot wait for my upcoming hair appointment! :)

I was hesitant about changing my stylist, but I was needing change; I booked with Serena seeing that she was a blonde specialist and WOW, she did NOT disappoint! I was looking for less brassy and a pretty bright blonde and she did it!! Will be booking again soon! The salon was beautiful, welcoming and loved the ladies in there!
