Oak Grove Nails & Spa

I've been getting my hands done for many years by Kelvin!!! He always goes above and beyond.And that's why I'll never let anyone touch my hands or feet. I've never had anything lift, and I've certainly never had any infections or fungus. Love you guys!!

I came in for a 10:30 AM appointment but didn’t get seated until 11:05, which was frustrating—especially since I had clearly marked on the sign-in sheet that I had an appointment. While I waited, I watched them seat two walk-ins ahead of me, even though I was the only one there with an appointment at the time. That part was disappointing. That said, once I was finally seated, the experience was great. They did a very neat, clean job and were efficient without rushing. I really appreciated that the service didn’t drag out once it got started. Overall, the quality was excellent—I just wish the scheduling and check-in process were handled better.

I was referred by a close friend to Kelvin. I made an appointment & He did not disappoint! My nails look natural and current . Super satisfied and will continue to use him !

Very disappointing experience. I waited a long time just for a simple soak off, and no one even asked what service I needed. Meanwhile, two white girls who came in well after me were immediately acknowledged and helped. Poor communication and unfair treatment… I won’t be returning. Doesn’t deserve the one star I have to give for this review.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but the visit here was very upsetting. This was my first time coming to this location, and you don’t have to tell me twice not to do something. I asked for my previous acrylics to be soaked off, a fresh full set, cut short, with bubble bath polish. The tech told me bubble bath would not look good, and I should pick another color. Mind you, I’ve gotten bubble bath so many times that I know what it would look like on MY HANDS, but whatever, I entertain it and choose another color, she tells me that color is not gonna look good, so I pick a third color, and guess what NOT GOOD ENOUGH for her, so finally I just said give me French tips.
