O P Nails

All I wanted to get was a pedicure and I called ahead of time and asked how much it was and they told me $30 but I guess he slipped something extra in there and charged me $45 and then the lady was like do you want to get your nails done? I'm like no I don't want to get my nails done. I just want my toenails done and she's like do you want to get your eyebrows waxed and I'm like okay that's fine. I'll get my eyebrows waxed. It's only 10 extra dollars so $55 in total and it's really not bad. The reason I gave five stars is because they were friendly and did a good job like with my pedicure and they were friendly so there's that and they took me as a walk-in and it took me 20 minutes to get there and they were okay with that and it was late in the day like 6pm. The atmosphere is very nice & my technician, Cathy" is great. She knows I do not like the metal scrubbing tool, so she uses a pumice rock when doing my pedicures. She always ask if my nails are filed like I want them before moving on to the next step. She also does a great job when doing my eyebrows. I have no complaints. The entire staff is very professional & polite. Try them, you won't be disappointed. I love this shop.

I visited this place 3/27/25 for the first time during the evening and was help for my pedicure with no wait. Everyone is friendly. I was very satisfied with my service will be returning.

One of my favorite places in the world to come and get top notch service from my other culture family. The new massage chairs are so relaxing and along with the foot massage I dozed off every time. I've been coming here for 10 years hopefully that will never change.

It was clean and smelled clean. Got there early they were busy wiping down work areas and mopping. Kathy was great and friendly
