O Nails Spa

I’ve had tom twice now and he did a really nice job. I was recommending this place to people because I was very pleased with my experience. I had an appointment booked with tom again today but when I got there he wasn’t there. I waited a half hour for my appointment which under normal circumstances wouldn’t bother me but when I wait a half an hour for my nails to look the way they do…no thank you. Anyway, someone other than tom ends up taking me for my appointment. No one said a word about my scheduled tech not being there to do my nails. Tom had done such a good job the past two times that I thought I would give it a try. Big mistake. Could tell almost instantly that this fill would not be the same quality as my previous ones. The girls and women here are great to chat with. They are polite, direct when communicating, and I have never felt that "awkward" or "unwelcome" feeling that sometimes occurs in almost ANY nail salon. I have never had the standard acrylic or gel acrylic while being a repeat customer; ALL THREE DESIGNS SHOWN ARE HEALTHY DIP APPLIED (DIP POWDER). I NEVER cared to try the dip option until going here and it was suggested with confidence. Now I only get the dip powder and the young gentleman there, Jeff, is the ABSOLUTE BEST! HE ALWAYS PUTS IN SUCH EXCELLENT EFFORT AND DETAIL.

Peter has always been the nicest person and great at providing my nails the service that I desire. I don't know what I would do without him!! He is a blessing.

I've been going there for a year now for pedicures and yesterday I decided to get my nails done for my birthday. To say I'm in love would be an underestimate! The lady who did my nails was very nice and explained things to me since I was brand new to getting my nails done.. They had tons of options to choose from and she was patient with me as I took my time choosing. She asked me frequently as she was doing the process if I liked them. I will definitely be going back in the future and if you're contemplating going you definitely should too!
