I love them great customer service and great prices.

They have so many different products to choose from and the staff is very helpful.

My daughter and I visited this store today, and we were obviously being watched, by the I am assuming, the manger/owner of this establishment nearly the entire time we were in the store. Treating customer in this manner for no apparent reason is one of the reason many prefer to do online purchase than to be subjected to poor customer service.

There was a very nice customer in the store who helped me find what I was looking for. She told me she knew what I was looking for because she was a braider and used the product herself. I didn't get her name but, thanks again.

I like this store better than any of the other stores in my town but once I find a wig I like they never restock it. It's like they never get a shipment of supplies. The associates are not friendly but that's to be expected with a beauty supply store.
