UPDATE: 7 months later and I have yet for the stylist to do what a proffessional would, and that is try to satisfy a unsatisfactory job and a once loyal customer. BACKSTORY: I’m just really sad that I was allowed to leave with my hair like this. I expected more from these professional braiders. I asked for medium feed-in box braids, went here before for the same style a few months ago, and it was perfect then. But today it was a disaster. I should of known when they started taking it out when they were 2 braids away from being done. Then even after taking out half the braids, I mean from my ears up, the entire top. It still looked crazy, far from the picture which I’m sure wasn’t gonna be exactly but it’s not even medium, or box, so like I said it was my birthday and I really hate my hair.

I was recommended this braider and she came THROUGH! I got twists with curls at the end and they are adorable, neat and exactly what I wanted, plus it only took 4 hours which is unheard of. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment🫶🏽
