I’ve been loving my laser results so far! Billie Jo is truly phenomenal at what she does. My only recommendation when booking is to double-check the confirmation text they send right after you schedule. I didn’t catch an error in mine and was later told I had booked a completely different day. Since the confirmation text showed the incorrect date, I had no way to dispute it—even though I know for a fact we discussed / scheduled the right one. A little frustrating, but aside from that, everything else has been great.

Nyah is amazing! The laser hair removal process was quick, comfortable, and professional. They explain everything clearly and maje you feel at ease. It does take several sessions but is better than waxing, threading or shaving in my opinion. Highly recommend 10/10!!!

Service felt rush and technician was incredibly cold. Told her I could not reach my back and did not have anyone to help me prior to my appointment and so I brought my razor in case there were some few pieces she could help me remove before treatment. Not only did she refuse to help me shave the spots with hair, but she also refuse to go over the hair with the laser despite the hair only being a few short centimeters in lengths. That's defeating the whole purpose of laser hair removal if she refuse to treat the areas that needed the laser the most. I am highly displeased. Their laser is probably outdated anyways as i have not notice any improvement in hair growth since starting at this location. I will go somewhere else after finishing my package. So disappointing to say the least
