Nyack Business Center

I have been a tenant and business owner as a local attorney (Klose & Associates, P.C) since 2001. Services are top notch, windows are great, other businesses congenial. I always recommend this location in the heart of Nyack.

Nyack Business Center is a spectacular place to host my business. The offices are well maintained. The services help me run my business at minimal cost. It allows me to maintain a professional face at a cost much lower than any other option. Shawn Ang his team do a great job managing the property. I highly recommend them.

Shawn and the entire management team make renting Office Space an absolute breeze! The location at the heart of the city is a nice bonus too. Can't recommend Nyack Business Center enough

I have rented space in this building since 2006. The rates are reasonable and the building’s other tenants are respectful and friendly. The building is well furnished with a sense of history and nice high ceilings for good air circulation. Rooms are available by the hour, 1/2 day or more so it worked well for me over the years.

This place is a dump. Look at the photos. Yes that's the size of the elevator! Fits one person at best and it takes about 20 minutes to go up one floor, shaking the entire way. The building is very run down and smells terrible. I don't think it's up to code. The offices are tiny and depressing. The carpet is old, smells and stained. Landlord makes it clear he doesn't care. If you want to feel good in an office, this is not the place for you. The people here are not friendly either. Made the mistake of renting here, and I don't leave reviews but people need to know about this dump.
