NY NAILS& SPA

Patronizing this business was a very unpleasant experience. The gel polish had horrible bubbles. I returned to re-do my manicure. The technician said it was old polish and suggested I choose another color. The manager was quite unreasonable raising her voice at me and telling the technician he was going to have to pay for his mistake. She became so unhinged that she fired the technician on the spot then went outside and sat in her car until he was finished. I offered to pay for the re-do and told the technician to call me if she did indeed fire him. I don’t have time for this sort of drama! I will not return.

What a wonderful, friendly and talented place. Chi was super sweet. I highly recommend this new place. I don't get my nails done very often but maybe I will now. I usually only go with French (yes, I know boring). I love Monstera Albo so decided to get them on my thumbs. Look how detailed! Love them!! :)

don’t get me wrong, they were very nice and welcoming.. but the nails in the end were not at all what i asked for. first off the base color for the french tips was clear so u could see my natural nail underneath, and secondly the design i asked for (blue roses) wasn’t at all what i got, and lastly, he filed the edges of my nails before he finished so they started chipping very quickly and were clear on the edges. won’t be coming back.

Andy's is my favorite nail salon in MD. Low prices, gets services done quickly, and has more options than any other place I've tried. The salon is beautiful and has a calming energy too, with two TVs for entertainment. The two nail techs deserve 5 stars easily and they always make their clients feel at home. I recommend this salon more than any other one in MD. This review is my way of saying thank you. <3 Here are a few nail sets I've gotten done here:

under new own…. Chi/Nancy is A perfectionist she loves what she does and you can tell. It’s not work for her. It’s a art form.she takes her time to make sure you are pleases with her work. I will travel near and far for her services it's worth every mile and dollar 🥰
