NY Enjoy Nail Salon

My experience at NY Enjoy was outstanding. As I entered the door I was greeted and was escorted to my chair. My nails look beautiful not forgetting my eyebrows. I will definitely recommend this beautiful place to my friends and family.

I went there to get mani- pedi. One of the last was rude and was rushing the work. She even asked to pay first before putting the clear on my nail. As of I was going to not pay and run. What I noticed is that they are doing business in a black neighborhood and they do not respect their customers.

I will never do my nails here again. Got my nails done last week Sunday and on Monday my nail broke ofd and the powder she used also came off.

My first time coming here. It was a pleasure I was super happy with the end result. I’ve been to a couple of other nail salons in the area and nothing compares to this one in terms of service,professionalism, fast and doing everything you ask for correctly. I have been looking for the nail salon that has all these things and this one is it. I am going to choose this salon every time I want to do my nails. I read the previous reviews and was very skeptical of coming here but because of todays experience I think they have improved and are now doing a better job because I have no complains. Also, every if not all salons charge extra for cards transactions(people shouldn’t even complain about that) they were so kind and even offer me a coupon for next time I go. gel French pedicure they can’t even do that. I had to guide the nail technician the whole time not to mention I spent an hour and a half to do half work. I’m sorry I never give reviews but I just had to give a review. No wonder that place is empty and I just needed a last-minute pedicure only because I’m desperate and going on vacation, but I do not recommend on top of that. Super rude when you call She literally hung up on me and the other shiny nail salon is just as bad just as rude will never support this business again.
