NV Nails

I had a disappointing experience at NV Nails. I used to go to this salon when I lived here, and they were amazing back then. However, after spending $310 and providing reference photos for my nails, the service felt like a rush job from start to finish. The nail details were crooked, and while the staff were nice, it was clear they didn't care about the quality of the work. I even gave a $60 tip, hoping to show appreciation for their effort, but I left feeling very disappointed. I won’t be returning, as attention to detail is crucial in this industry! They didn't do a bad job on the nails. I was just disappointed on the outcome of everything. They use to be amazing

I've been here before and they usually do a good job. Today I got a tech that was very careless and left my foot too long under machine for gel. She also did not check hot towel and placed it on my legs! I told her both times and she didn't say anything. I was going to get a mani but cut my service short due to pain. I told the receptionist who was and has always been very sweet. I def will not be going back.

I had a really disappointing experience at NV Nails. My pedicure lasted maybe 15 minutes, my nail was chipped during the service, and it was cut way too short. I ended cancelling my manicure. On top of that, the woman who did my nails was rude and impatient the entire time, which made the visit really uncomfortable. What bothered me most was hearing that the exact same service was priced differently for different customers. That feels unfair and unprofessional. I expect consistent pricing and respectful service, and unfortunately I didn’t get either here. I won’t be returning and hope management looks into improving both their customer service and pricing transparency.

AVOID! They don’t price everyone the same or even YOU if you come back. Rushed pedicure and one side is darker than the other because she used different application techniques… WTH? Ripped almost all my cuticles hands and feet. The acrylic nail shape is awful on my hands. Glad I didn’t ask for a design. Never coming here again. Weird vibes too. Overpriced for sure.

Friendly staff but the quality of the work is horrible!! She finished in less that 30 minutes. I have spots with 0 top coat and the acrylic is already lifting and ingot them done yesterday afternoon. I really wanted to love this place but I’m not going back. Now I have to pay again to get them fixed.
