This is a really beautiful nail salon with great overall customer service and you can tell the manicurists care about the work they are doing. That said, my pedicure was not the best pedicure but also not the worst I have ever had. It was definitely one of the most expensive. The gel pedicure (which does come with a number of specialized steps, to be fair) starts at $60. The lasting step (polish application) is really important and needs be excellent at this price point. That is the one part that could have been better. My last two toes did not receive a full polish and all nails could have had smoother edges, which were left rough to touch. Adding an update to my review: still love this place! I’ve been coming to this salon for over a year, and I truly can’t say enough great things about it. The front desk team is always welcoming and kind, and the overall customer service is consistently excellent. I’ve seen both Key and Duy for services — pedicures, gel, Gel-X, and regular manicures — and they are both fantastic. For my wedding, Duy did my Gel-X nails and absolutely slayed the design. I showed him a reference photo and he recreated it perfectly — people were complimenting my nails for weeks. I even brought my sister and members of the wedding party here, and everyone left thrilled with their results. Customer care was 10 out of 10. I got my nails done there for the third time today and I always leave satisfied with the service. If I don’t like anything, I let them know and they’re more than willing to fix it for me. Mary has been my go to person for nails and she does an astonishing job and keeps up with new nail trends and styles. 100 percent recommend!!

I came to this nail salon Saturday April 15th, this was my first time coming here. I rate this salon a 10/10. I got a gel pedicure with baby pink on my toes. I had a guy perform my pedicure and he did so well. He was extremely nice to me during my appointment. I wish I could remember his name but he will be doing my pedicures from now on. The scenery inside is very intimate and calm. Making an appointment was easy. The staff are all so sweet and welcoming. This is now the nail salon I will be going to when I’m home.

GUYS SHUT THE FRONT DOOR, ITS SO CUTE. With the negativity reviews on yelp I was skeptical of trying this place out. Vanessa did my nails today and it was my first time getting nail art done, BUT LOOK HOW CUTE THEY TURNED OUT. All I did was show her a picture of what I wanted and it was finished within an hour. Highly recommend this place and will be revisiting.
