Number One K Spa & Nails

Highly unrecommended. Very unprofessional. I set an appointment at 1 pm arrived on time to be asked can I come back. After I made it clear I made an appointment they sat me down and filed my nails down so thin and used acetone after I told her a fill in five times. She insisted a full set and I don’t know why. She stops filing my nails to help train a girl on painting nails. I still find the patience to wait. Customers walk in and she sits one down for a pedicure and starts on her feet without saying a word to me. I’ve been in the salon at this point for 45 minutes and have gotten nothing but 1 messed up hand and terrible customer service. I went today and tried them out. I got a full set with deluxe pedicure. They only had 3 people working. 1 lady was doing nails and the other 2 were doing pedicures. Regardless of how busy they remained professional and courteous. I would definitely go back.

This is By far the best "Nail Salon" i have been in, in a while. I don't get out much but when I do most frown up cuz I'm Fluffy. A big girl. This Young lady did A Great Job, on my hooves. Made'm 😍 Pretty. And they were A Hot Mess. Was a little wait time but Fully Enjoyed my Whole experience.the conversations, my co -Customers and the service. This will be My go to spot !! Thank You Ladies :)

These are the rudest people that I have EVER encountered. I have been going here on and off since I was a little girl with my mom and older sister. Both my mom and sister stopped going because of the lack of customer service skills and one of the workers calling my sister a BOY! I on the other hand continued to go when in town from college since it is few times. Today not only was my service terrible but they also proceeded to talk shii about me in their native language. When I expressed that I didn’t feel welcomed and no longer wanted to continue my service the “main lady” ANN proceeded to quite literally yell at me like I was wrong for how I was feeling. Personally I’m not spending my money anywhere I’m not treated with respect. Go to Pearl Nails!!!!!!

First time in the shop today. Everyone was nice. Other regular customers seemed to be comfortable. I had all nails cut very low and I like my nails!
