Number 1 Nails

Most disgusting & horrid experience I had at a nail salon.i I haven’t been here and years and just needed something quick for an upcoming trip & I should have left when they were arguing with a customer about prices. They didn’t allow me to look through a color book to choose what color I wanted and then didn’t give me a menu to choose my pedicure. As I’m getting the base cost applied to my feet a ROACH was crawling on me and the chair. After I stood up to make sure the roach wasn’t on me anymore they insisted that I sit and continue to get my feet done in a different chair. After about 5 minutes of me asking them to take the base coat off because I wanted to leave she then asked me to pay half of the pedicure price. I told her no as the service wasn’t even half way completed. They then wa

I went to this salon to get my nails done and was shocked by how unsanitary it was. The tools were clearly not properly cleaned, and shortly after my appointment I developed a nail infection. This is completely unacceptable and a serious health risk. I will never return and strongly caution others to avoid this place if you care about hygiene and your health.

Bad store, old and dirty merchandise, expired colors, and expensive prices... They don't do nail polish... They don't even deserve one star... My first and last experience... chargers me $40

BE CAREFUL! NOT ADA ! This is my second time here, I went back because the 1st time a gentleman was very nice, and attentive to my care, even tho the gel he put in my nails didn't last more than a week. So I decided to take my daughter with me, she asked for something real simple and the nail tech told her "no, I am to tired. " and ended up doing whatever she wanted. My daughter was in the other side of the room so didn't tell me at the moment I would have left. The nail tech that did mine was nice and tried to accommodate me but really hurt me while getting the acrylics off, not only that as I left I noticed underneath my thumb it was full of blood. Both techs where talking and laughing in there language the whole time, very uncomfortable. And my husband paid $110, by when I told him it

I been in that place four times but I had enough of it with the last visit. In my previous visits, tried to redirect them, with instructions because… 1) THEY DONT ASK HOW YOU WANT YOUR NAILS CUT. 2) THEY DONT PAINT PROPERLY THE EDGES OF THE NAIL, (MOSTLY TOES) 3) THEY DONT FINISH SEALING THE NAIL COLOR WITH CLEAR COAT. 4) IF YOU ARE NEW THEY ARE NOT FRIENDLY 5) ONE OF THE LADIES THERE IS VERY HURSH WITH FACIAL EXPRESSIONS WHEN YOU DENIED EXTRA SERVICE. (I wish to have her name) 6) the talking in their language is VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, why?! Because they don’t have the common sense to hide their facial expressions, so right away you can tell, they are talking about you. Mostly when you denied extra service. Is very uncomfortable.
