Number 1 Nails and Spa

Went here to get my nails done for the first time and I love the turnout! I do wish they fully manicured the nails and cuticles before applying soft gel but I guess you have to ask for that beforehand. Other than that the young man who did my nails did a wonderful job and gave me exactly what I asked for and wanted. Took a little trial and error but I love that he continued to try different things to get them to turn out exactly how I wanted. Everybody was also very nice. I’ll be coming back forsure.

Honestly disappointed. I’ve been here before & loved the salon but will not be coming back. I did gel x nails for the first time and the receptionist was nice and helpful explaining the process. I told the nail tech I like a mix of almond and round nails. When she shaped the first nail, I asked her if it was okay to make another nail completely round so I can see which nail shape I liked more. She spoke to the gentleman next to her in another language and he asked me what I was asking for. After explaining to him I wanted to see the round shape, she shaped my nail round and I thanked her and apologized for the inconvenience. Been here 2x to see Kevin who has a good attitude with a gentle touch. He is dedicated in making his nail work look professional without rushing the process. I've had the powder dip with nail trim which lasted 3 full weeks with no real issues! And this time I tried a new thing out for myself - "builder gel" on my natural nails. Looks and feels natural. I will return to see him. And the young lady receptionist is very knowledgeable with questions here - as I do not know alot about all the nail services out there. And I had never worked a job in the salon industry. But, I left with a clear understanding of what I was looking for to fit my needs. Thankyou 💖

This was my first time visiting- I can’t believe how warm and welcoming all the staff were the moment I walked into the door. Caroline quickly greeted me and continuously called me by my name which was so personable and respectful. I have gone to numerous salons and this one is truly number one. Everything was clean and the atmosphere was comfortable. Caroline put great care into my nails but also was so efficient! I can’t believe how kind she was and knew exactly what to do with the photo reference I showed her. Her design skills are amazing! I can’t wait to come back to this place and be a forever customer now. I recommend this place to anyone!!!

My sister and I walked in to get a pedicure I asked for acrylic on all toes with white tips. They did acrylic on one toe. Lied saying the owner was not there. Terrible customer service and terrible job.
