I was told about this shop because they service natural hair..No they do not! The shampoo girl put a chemical in my hair without asking me and later that evening I could smell the chemical I couldn't rest and the smell made me sick. My stomach was hurting and I had to vomit.it took 4x to wash my hair and that didn't work I had to mix vinegar and water pour on my hair and that helped but didn't totally take the chemical smell away.. I had to mix baking soda with water apply let sit for 15 mins..this took 95% of the smell away. That was so wrong what she did and I will never go back or recommend them to anyone. I would like to know who to report them to..L&I? Money & time wasted. Please don't go there they are not true to the business.

I have be coming here for over 15 years and the service has definitely fell off as an African American Girl they treated me differently because of the texture of my hair I have naturally curly hair and because of that they told me they won’t service me unless I detangle my hair which was not tangled it was just in its natural state they also talked about me negatively in Spanish along with the washer not rolling my hair immediately after she got done washing me she took another client & made me wait until she got done washing the other client for her to roll my hair for me to be put under the dryer. Very unprofessional and left me feeling like I shouldn’t ever patronize them anymore!!!

Literally my favorite place to get blow outs in philly. Thorough wash every time and my hair is always full and curly after being washed! My stylist is so nice and did my hair throughout my entire pregnancy and is soon gonna be doing my daughter’s hair! Love this place keep it up ladies 🩷💅🏼!

Took my 9 year old daughter here and they were not friendly absolutely 0 customer service. Then when it was time to straighten her hair the style came out nice, but there was a spot where there was product build up and thinning I think it’s because they burned her. There is now a scab in the same spot and my daughter claims that’s where she was burned. They use so much heat on natural hair it’s insane. The service was terrible and they did not make her feel comfortable.

I visited this salon for the first time a couple days ago and left extremely satisfied. I recently gave birth and haven’t had the time to nurture my hair like usual so I trusted they would revive my strands and that’s exactly what they did. I haven’t seen my true length in years, I am so happy and will be a returning customer.
