Very nice atmosphere and very clean, employees are nice specially ALEX he takes his time and makes sure you get what you want done, I'm very pleased with my hair cut, he had to fix it because (Ponya) at Great Clips in Fayetteville messed it up. I will keep going to Nueva Imagen, that's my new place love it.
They never answer the phone...when we Showed up to the salon was told I needed an appt.Tried to get one for my kids for the next day since the ONLY one available was at 3pm, lady tells me she cant because she doesn't work tomorrow and does not know who works tomorrow. If you they require appt shouldn't they have an appt book for each stylist? Very unprofessionally run. Mind you know one was waiting for services....NEVER RETURNING!!!
Haircut was fine and just what I asked for but after i also got my eyebrows waxed and they either burned me or yanked some skin off but I don't think I'll go back after that.
Whats the point of them doing appointments if they still go make you wait 45 min to a hour
Freddie is the best ever. Great service. Very clean store.
