Old lady front desk very rude, not polite, disrespectful yelling coworkers for not reason asking for payment before get hair cut she really don't know what costumer service is.

Sandra is exceptional price is amazing and location can't ask for a better place great work

This is my 1st haircut here and Daniel did it really well, place is so clean and everyone wearing a mask. I will highly recommend.

Doesn’t honor appointments. Young barbers just show up whenever they wish. Very unprofessional and unapologetic.

I was intending to go to another barber shop today but that other place was closed. Luckily I found Nueva Imagen. I needed a barber. Fortunately they have barbers on staff, and they were able to take me as a last-minute walk-in without an appointment. The barber was extremely friendly, courteous, professional, and did an excellent job. Spanish is the primary language spoken here. Fortunately I was able to use some broken Spanish and English to communicate with the staff and with the barber as to my styling preferences. They take Google Pay, which is a plus. It was an excellent experience and I would definitely recommend Nueva Imagen.
