Sophie KNOWS how to cut curly hair!!!! Of course, curly is the only cut I’ve ever experienced! She’s really great!

have “Dominican” curly hair they refused to do my hair and gave me attitude because I have “curly hair” and they refuse to do curly hair. Rude workers, and underskilled. Claims to be a “Hispanic” hair salon and can not do curly hair. Edit: Oswaldo from the salon saved the day- and did a great job with my curly hair. Would not recommend any one else there for textured or curly hair

Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!! I had an appointment at 1:00 pm arrived the hair dresser was still with another client, she finally comes and talks to me after 30 minutes asking to reschedule, I make an appointment for the same day at 4:00pm arrive she has a new client she just started with when my appointment was at 4:00 she said she would be done in a few minutes. I was waiting for over an hour !!!!

They use some of the best products when they perform their services which is why I’ve returned so many times! I always get better results than what I asked for. I like typically ask for Luisa or Ilse but all the ladies here do a wonderful job. It’s consistent work throughout the salon.

Undoubtedly the worst haircut of my life. The lady in booth B (dirty blonde with yellow tinted glasses) did not care whatsoever. She cut my hair with earphones in and only took them out to ask me what I wanted. I asked her to adjust something and she ignored it while simultaneously giving a rude comment. I have received a haircut here before and it was great, but this experience was terrible. Skip her, everyone else was great.
