I visit this store frequently with my daughter I normally drive, today I decided to walk 2 miles with my service animal (NOT PET) to get a little exercise in. I go inside and immediately was yelled at by the owner a tall black guy we don’t allow pets I immediately say he is not a pet and before I can finish he raises his voice louder practically screaming other customers messed it up No pets get out my store. I didn’t utter a word just turned and walked back home.. I will never visit that store again. Very rude and he also violated my rights..

This was my first time visiting this location, and unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. The man working—tall, Black, and seemingly in charge—gave off an uncomfortable, micromanaging energy. When I chose to get help from the woman working instead, he seemed offended and said, “I could have helped you.” It felt unnecessary and awkward. The store itself is also very small and cramped, and didn’t have the particular brush I was looking for which adds to the tension. To make matters worse, he forgot to ring up an item I had clearly placed on the counter, so I had to come back and purchase it separately. This is my favorite beauty supply store. Very good customer service and they carry the lashes I buy when others don't have them. The variety of products is excellent.

Very Full yet quaint store, nice customer service, a little overwhelming, but it's the most convenient beauty supply store to me in Summerhill. They had exactly what I was looking for as soon as I walked in the door a table of multi colored bandanas and headwraps that I can wear to work.

I absolutely love this shop. They are always friendly. The owners are amazing. I hate it when people goes in there to steal. We finally have our own beauty supply in our neighborhood for our convenience. I will continue to pray for their business and safety. Thank You Nubian for your loyalty to our community.
