I’ve been coming to her for other services for over 3 years. I’ve seen other medspas pop up and left my others - I’m doing all my treatments here now because the consistency in quality of service , kind staff, great management who are knowledgeable about trends, plus they always have promotions, I get my Alé points and am never kept waiting, never feel rushed, they always take photos to compare results. Im posting a pic of how my face ended up looking on yelp cause I can't here. SAMIRA is awful. I went in for 2 units of DAO , I had a Slight problem. I ended up looking FAR WORSE!! I left an honest review and they called me, I asked for my money back and sent a pic of the Horrible job SAMIRA did. The owner said she would only refund me if I took my review down. At first I did then thought other people need Protection from this place. The owner Rose had the Audacity to say, oh well accidents happen and oh it'll go away after 4 months , so ill look the way I did BEFORE entering this horrific place after I wait 4 months!!! She said Samira is really good master injector and I should IGNORE MY own face and my own experience and take her word instead! She said what happened to my face Doesnt matt

An amazing experience with nurse practitioner, Lyndsey! Highly recommend the facility as well as Lyndsey who goes beyond her professional specialty to make you feel safe and at ease throughout your medical procedure. Her bedside manner is a plus the product as well as the services speak for themselves.

Everyone was very kind and welcoming, the wonderful lady who did my injections was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I came in for a lip flip and she sold me on getting filler instead but I didn't feel like I was upsold, she was educating me on the difference and I felt confident in my decision to go with filler instead AND there was a sweet discount! My injector let me know about aftercare and it's been a little over 24 hours and I'm healing nicely! Thank you ladies so much!! (Photo is after 30 hours post injection)

Overall a very pleasant experience. Plenty of free parking. I walked in a couple minutes before my appointment time, and was instantly greeted by the ladies at the front desk. They kindly offered me a beverage to which I declined. I was quickly taken to the back and was then greeted by the aesthetician who was so very gentle and sweet. She was very comforting and knowledgeable in advising of her recommendations. I trusted her and went with what she said. I know I do not see the full results yet; however, I am already seeing results and I’m so happy! I will definitely be returning back to this location. Everyone was very professional and welcoming!
