This must be the most professional, cost effective, organized amazing, helpful staff beauty supply store I have been in since living in PA. The store is mainly shipping for ethnic supplies, however you can find pretty much everything you need here. I personally enjoy working with all constructs and types of products available. I enjoy coloring my hair all types of creative colors and typical Caucasian products just plain stink at meeting my creative abilities. I was extremely impressed at the HUMONGOUS selection of all hair products, Wefts, wigs, sew ins, braid ins, colors, types of texture. I was even more impressed at the reasonable prices of all products including hot tools, blow dryers etc. I was able to walk in, find what I was looking for, and leave with the exact products I needed t

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hair store was unacceptable on every level. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was downright rude. Not a single greeting, no offer to help, and when I asked a question about a product, I was met with a dismissive attitude like I was bothering them. To make matters worse, when I finally made my purchase, the cashier was incredibly unprofessional. They barely acknowledged me, acted annoyed when I asked about a return policy, and slammed my receipt down without saying a word.I walked out feeling disrespected and frustrated. There are plenty of other places to buy hair care products—ones that actually value their customers and maintain clean, welcoming spaces. I will never return to this store, and I strongly sugg

Amazing selection of wigs and hair supplies and very reasonable prices. I was helped by a wonderfully informed woman on the care and supplies for a costume wig I was having trouble with.

Hey folks. I am going to be transparent here with yall about this hair store in particular. Every time I come to this location, I can find the products I’m looking for which is awesome. Love the convenience as it’s the closest beauty supply store to me and usually fully stocked with all my product needs and wants BUT here’s the thing. The customer service is terrible. Either the cashiers are sitting down behind the register and unaware that there are customers (almost as if they are trying to hide from customers) or there is 1 cashier working and not telling the other cashier that there are customers waiting in line. Cashiers here should greet customers ALWAYS. This shouldn’t be an option. Being pleasant and helpful and professional to the customers goes a long way and improves the busines

The store is huge and has a nice layout with a wide selection, but a lot of the hair products seemed old or possibly expired. They really need to update their inventory. Staff wasn’t helpful or friendly. I’d go back only for basic hair care essentials.
