Everytime when we lived in the city every pay check I'm sorry we were there me an my Mom loved everything til this day been trying to get back ever since 😊🥹🙏🏽

This location parking lot is so full in the middle of the day. They have alot of items in this location but some things doesn't have prices on them so don't be shocked when they tell you a higher prices. They have the business but it's just so much items to look at. Also it's hard to get help in this location due to its be so crowded in there. I really hate the way their parking lot is made due to the way some people drive in St. Louis especially in the city.Always running stop signs or doing stop and gos, and never using their signals 🚥🚦 🛑..

As I shopped in Nu Fashion beauty store, I was pleasantly acknowledge and welcomed. My daughter- in- law picked out my style of wig. The hair assistant Ms. C was very helpful and attentive even though she was multitasking her duties with other customers. I had a great time shopping there. The staff there were just extremely rude. The cashier was OK but the two women who were sitting in the back of the store were rude. As my mother was hugging my son while I was checking out, those two were in the back of the store rolling their eyes at them for whatever reason. Once the woman back the counter saw me watching her roll her eyes at my mom and son, she stopped. As we were leaving out the store, they started talking real loud. I couldn't make out what they were saying but it sounded hostile. Anyways, they will NEVER get my business again and I sincerely hope one of those employees reads this.

Failed to put all my merchandise in bag...i went back to store with receipt cant get in touch with owner...i was missing $28 wig..purchase over $100 in merchandise regularly...when i spoke with older Korean lady who bagged the merchandise she exclaimed 'maybe your family stole all of your beauty supplies OUT OF YOUR HOME!!!' YOU HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER..I WILL BE SHOPPING AT MIMI PARADISE OR EMPIRE BEAUTY FROM NOW ON.
