I feel I was over charged for a simple blowout. My hair barely comes to the middle of my neck and when I called in about the blowout a women claimed they start at $35.00 dollars and go by the length of hair. The blowout was okay but not $50.00 worth and the press did the last the full day before puffing up and looking like I just blow dried my hair. I may return the workers were friendly and the shop was clean, but they are pretty pricey for something so simple I cant imagine what they would try to charge me for an actual style.There was no wait so they got started pretty quickly and I really wished she hot comb the whole head, but she did on side with the hot comb and flat iron the rest making one side look fluffier than the other. The flat iron press could have been better.

This shop had friendly staff but does not cater to naturally curly hair. I went in for a press and curl on my type 4 kinky hair. Throughout the appointment, the stylist made me feel terrible by pointing about my “hair problems”. Not sure if this was a sales tactic but it made me feel terrible. After the appointment, my hair was weighed down with grease and looked stringy. I think this shop has potential but will need training on styling techniques for naturally curly hair so they can prioritize hair health. I do not recommend.

Love this place and Willie White does an excellent job every time. He knows what looks good on you and will give you suggestions as well.

Nu Attitude is An amazing shop with amazing service they range in styles from weaves to blow outs to press and curls you name it!

Have been with them since September 1974. The same hairdresser. I think that speaks for their service. No other place touches my hair.
