Let me start by saying Ms.Sophia is super professional. Secondly, she cares about the total health of your hair so she will not accommodate request that will damge your hair. However, we all have free will so you can treat your locs how you choose. My appointments are always on time and she uses the most refreshing products. No build up and health hair.

I wanted a sisterlock installation. On the website she is listed as a trainee but she has a consultant certificate in her shop. She installed what looks like a medium micolock claiming it was a medium sisterlock you be the judge. I now have to take these out and find someone to do the small sisterlocks with the patent pattern…Pissed…first picture is what i received the second picture is what I thought I was receiving….
