I was thoroughly impressed by her professionalism and politeness. I had a 10:30 appointment, and everything went perfectly as planned. She was incredibly gentle with my hair, even though she had other clients waiting for her. Despite her busy schedule, she managed to knock us out with her efficiency. I couldn’t believe how smoothly things ran, considering my previous experiences at other salons. However, this salon was on point. The other hairstylist in the shop was also very friendly, and everyone greeted us as soon as we walked in. Even though this was my first time getting my hair done by her, everyone, including her, made me feel like I had been there forever because of their friendly nature. I will definitely be returning. Simply amazing. From the customer service, to the time in the salon (ladies, we know it can be ALL day sometimes, however, I was in and out), to her personality, everything was a 10. I look forward to being a permanent client. I have no complaints. You can tell there’s passion behind the craft. This was my second time goin to the Salon and once again the service was great. The vibes was amazing the ladies have great vibes with each other and especially very respectful and friendly to the clients. Saturdays are truly a vibe, nice service as soon as you get in the door.
