Called him up for a regular cut it was amazing so good in fact I asked if he does ass shaves and he replied if there is hair he is there now that’s customer service

Novello is a very talented young barber. We've been going to him for years now. Very kind and personable as well. My grandson will only let Novello cut his hair! Shop looks are deceiving. He's gifted.

Took my kid here today to get a haircut. Novello was awesome and did a great job on my child’s hair, which is super thick. Friendly, awesome, great guy.

Called ahead and made an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait behind walk-ins. The only employee in the shop, who personally took my call just an hour earlier to schedule my appointment, ignored me upon arrival and took the next walk-in at my appointment time. I left. Can't comment on the quality of the cuts or cost.
