This is the second time I've visited Novelle, and it is CERTAINLY the last. A few months ago I made an appointment for a trim and color. Having never been to the salon, I selected Katie as my stylist. For background, I have shoulder-length curly black hair. As soon as Katie saw my hair, her whole face changed. She had a terrible attitude and told me it was impossible to cut and color my hair in the 2 hours I had booked. I told her I'd be happy with a trim, no blow-dry. Keep it simple, right? The entire time she was washing and cutting my hair, she kept commenting how impossible it would be to add red highlights to my hair, and just kept making passive aggressive comments about the texture and color that made me feel out of place in this salon.
