I honestly had such a good experience here. I came in for a long haircut and afterward realized I wanted the shape softened a bit. When I reached out, Nova was incredibly kind and thoughtful about it, and she really listened to what I was saying instead of brushing it off. What stood out to me was how much she genuinely cared about her work and about me feeling good when I walked out the door. She made a few careful adjustments, explained what she was doing, and was refreshingly honest throughout the process.
