I had a great experience here with a paraffin pedicure and gel manicure (with ombre glitter design). Sarah was attentive and listened to what I wanted. She was also very careful when cutting my cuticles when I told her that other salons tend to cut me. I would go back and ask for Sarah again.

Came here for the first time to get my nails done. The place was very clean. My technician was very nice and they did an amazing job. My nails look great. The only problem is, the price was very high. Compared to other places, I got a new set. And with a design on each nail. And I was charged $30 more for the designs. So my new set cost $90. I've never paid that much for nails and design. It wasn't a dificult or time consuming design. It was a very simple design. Design where other places may only charge five or ten dollars extra.I just think the prices were very high. I know it's Door County and Door County prices are higher, but if you're going to make it, year round. Most of your customers are going to be the ones that live there. I really wanted to love my first-ever nail experience here, and I can see that the team is talented—multiple friends of mine have had amazing experiences with intricate designs and beautiful colors, and their nails always look fantastic. The salon is exceptionally clean, with a welcoming and professional atmosphere that I genuinely appreciated. Unfortunately, my own nails didn’t turn out as expected. I spent $70 plus tip, but the nails ended up very thick, and my crocodile print design looked blotchy and careless in juxtaposition to the amazing work I’ve seen on my friends. A few of the gems fell off, there are hairs stuck in the polish, and one nail lifted after only a couple of days. Absolutely ridiculous! I get my nails dipped here and usually pay over $65 . Which I don’t mind. I wanted to take a break and let my nails breath so I decided to get the dip removed… They advertise that it is $15 for dip removal.. Now while I was getting the dip removed the lady asked if she cut cuticles.. I said sure.. Now I’ve had my dip removed before with nails filed and buffed. It’s part of the dip removal process.. Anyway they ended up charging me $25 extra! Just for cuticle cut which the lady made me bleed!! Very disappointed to have been charged $40 just for a 25 min job… Will definitely not be going back.
