Nova had wonderful service & accommodated me for a walk-in! Noel did a lovely job with my GelX coffin French tip for my upcoming wedding anniversary. I took away one star because I did get a small cut during my pedicure, however, my cut was tended to well. I’ve been here many times and this was the only time that had happened. I went to get my nails done for a very important business trip.I got gel x. I got them done by one of the guy’s there. The next day was my trip and two of my nails popped off. I was so extremely pissed but I had to leave. I went to an another nail salon to have them emergency fix it. Then I noticed something !! The guy missed steps in the process. The other nail salon told me. When I was in New York they kept popping off! I bought some glue from a mall selling Press-ons to try to put it back together. I am back from my trip, I waited to speak to the manager because I was out of town.
