Second time at Nova Nails and definitely not my last! I’m very picky with French manicures but I left very pleased today. 😊 My nails look so good I can’t stop staring at them!! The salon itself is wonderfully clean and organized, staff is warm and welcoming, and all customers are greeted and taken care of immediately upon arrival. Prices are great, service is fast and efficient, and environment is nice and breathable. The owner of the salon is so sweet and really attends to her clients with so much care. Highly recommend if you’re struggling to find a new salon in Queens or in the area. 💖💖

My experience at the shop is amazing between the conversations in the way how she takes care of my nails, which is natural in my feet. I will always go back. I recommend as many people that once they nails done properly and want to have a great conversation and great customer service I recommend, and the prices are great and reasonable.

My wife has gotten semi permanent eyebrows done here, the lady inside says she can do it but she cannot. Spending so much time for no reason and not making each side the same is not professional. Please do not say you can do something that you don’t know how to do and then make up something that you said to try and cover your self, especially for the customer that has to pay for it

Dedicated staff that truly cares about serving the customer! The nail salon you can depend on…. Nails, Eyelashes, Hair and most importantly ultimate self care with Usha… the massage is so worth it!!!

I’ve been coming here for almost a year and Nube has been amazing! She is very knowledgeable, kind and creative. Every time I come, she only looks at my nails and knows exactly what to do!!!
