Nourish Your Groove Wellness and Tanning

I am new to the area and needed a tanning salon to prep for an upcoming vacation. I've been a few times now and they are super laid back, very friendly, and have great prices. It has always been clean when I am there. They are very supportive of local veterans. The owner did have her dog there, but I personally found it to be an added benefit. While I was waiting in line, the very gentle dog came and sat next to me looking for pets while I waited. I will definitely keep using their facility!

My husband and I absolutely love this place and Mary the owner. She is friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable and always willing to work with you. We use the tanning, red light sauna and red iight therapy and have nothing negative to say. Give it a try you will not be disappointed. And her dog LOLA is just an added bonus.

Had a great first time experience with light and sauna treatment. Should have been doing it all winter! The staff is great and very Veteran friendly. Very clean and sanitary. Will definitely be back for more and some tanning.

Just tanned here today and met the absolute sweetest pup ever! Made my visit even better, the new owner was super nice and chill, love that they support the military. I love the new vibe the place has, the bathroom had very nice accommodations for after tanning which I was surprised and very pleased with . 10 out of 10.

I was told about the new tanning salon that was once total tan. I haven’t been there since it has changed and wanted to go check it out. When I first walked in it was brighter and looked very refreshed, but there were dog toys all over the building and it was very overwhelming and unclean. I was talking to one of the younger employees and asking her about package pricing and who seemed to be the owner kept talking over the worker. Hoping I can go back and have a better experience.
