I was referred to this salon by a friend. This was my first and last visit to this salon. Prior to shampooing my hair, she complained about the length. She then began parting and searching through my hair as if she was looking for some sort of hidden treasure. I did not figure out until later that she simply could not believe that I had this much hair without adding fake hair. She was searching for weave tracks. And yes, this is all my hair. She put the conditioner in my hair and placed me under the dryer. My scalp began itching. Upon returning to the shampoo bowl I explained that my scalp was itching terribly. So, I asked her what she put in my hair. She told me she uses Mizani. I informed her that I've used Mizani for years and it never made me itch like this. (I also didn't smell the d

After reading good reviews about this hair salon, I decided to book an appointment with Foxie B for a Tapered Cut and twistout. On the day of the appointment 9/11/20 i arrived and she didn't even know what I was getting. Long story short my hair was horrible and I absolutely hated it. It looked nothing like the picture I showed. Hair was cut when wet with scissors and clippers which caused my hair to be butchered and uneven! No effort was put into my hair at all. I walked out looking worst then I came in. As soon as I got into my car and looked at my hair I threw on a hat immediately. Because it was that BAD my thing is if you know you don't specialize or can't do a style for a client just be honest.Now i'm $60 short with a mess on my head.Waiting on it to grow out to get it fixed! My favorite salon..Been knowing the owner Sa"Rah since 7th grade..Her hands are blessed..Shes amazing at what she does.. Its a must!!!! She does majority of everything .and chile that wash..omg lol you wont be disappointed
