Call center staff is incredibly rude. The girl hung up on me and The center is extremely booked out. I called December 2025 and she wanted to book me for November 2026. Mind you this is a medical concern, not cosmetic.

I'm appalled by the care that I was given by this "medical professional" who acted more like a cosmetic spealist over anything. The main reason I even went in today WAS NOT EVEN ADDRESSED let alone looked at and instead of hearing out my concerns, symptoms in their entirety, as well as not referring to the now 14 MONTH TIME LINE of Doctors notes and pictures between multiple other specialists on this topic is beyond negligence. To which she decided to try to profile me as a gay man openly clear as rain and challenge me intelligence on my life choices and current health conditions after 12 years of living with them. Linda behind your front desk was very unprofessional- discussing a simple error of direction thinking it’s funny with a patient is not professional at all. Perhaps she should reconsider her role as one of the first people you meet and last you see prior to leaving the office if she can’t remain professional. Perhaps focus on your job of calling the right people (which I heard 2 errors of within an hour visit) rather than having a laugh. If the actual dermatologist wasn’t nice it could cause you to lose a patient. It certainly made me reconsider as this isn’t the only place and others with better ratings not far.

Dr. Taglia and her assistant are superb! She is so thorough and personable. In my many years of going to dermatologists I have finally found one that looks out for my best interests. Yes, it does take time to get in for an appointment but it is well worth it.

It takes a while to get in for routine care which can be frustrating, but the service from all the staff was great. Dr. Taglia was wonderful at explaining what she was doing, why she needed to do it and what to expect for healing. I have a history of abnormal moles and now severely abnormal (histology report called it early evolving melanoma). The sutures she used healed beautifully, she was fast and made sure I was comfortable while she had to remove it and was easy yo talk to to keep my mind off it. She also took vare if my sons wart on his foot. He has adhd and sensory processing disorder, and she treated him wonderfully and helped keep him calm as well. Aside from the long wait to get in to see the doctors, I highly recommend them.
