Their staff are overall very friendly and understand what they’re talking about, but if you’re going in for something that isn’t related to cosmetics, ENSURE that your insurance will be accepted. They failed to inform me of this at the beginning and now I owe $350 for a simple examination of my teeth, which should have been covered by my insurance. Not only this, but I’ve contacted numerous times stating for them to send my prescription for fluoride paste to my pharmacy and I still have yet to receive it. Not the most professional business practices, and be ready to pay out of pocket for something as simple as a cleaning.

NW Smile Designs is an awesome dental office. I had broken a tooth and called my dentist who was out of town and referred me to Dr. Chan. I called at 5:30 Tuesday evening and he was able to see me first thing Wednesday morning. His nurse was beyond nice and helpful. Dr. Chan was very caring and patient with me. I would give them 10 stars if that was an option! Best dental experience , ever!!!! Thank you!

Dr. Chan recently did a gum graft on my smile and it looks better than ever! I continue to have great experiences every time I go in to see him and his amazing team. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I love my time at Northwest Smile Designs!

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I’ve been unable to get into the regular dentist for a cleaning and exam. I called me ‘former’ dentist, Dr. Chan, made an appointment and today I feel awesome! What a great staff, so cohesive and caring and full of character! I love Dr. Chan’s new long hairstyle! So thorough and so capable. Thank you for such great service.
