I went in for a simple pedicure on December 5th and used my credit card to pay and my card was charged 3 times I went back into the nail shop to make them aware of what they had done and I was told to come back on Saturday for a refund. I came back not only did I not receive my refund they act like the situation never happened even though I am showing them the statement on my phone of the transactions. This nail shop is very unprofessional, and they will steal your money. Don't go there.

I went in at around 3:30pm, and the salon was empty. They immediately attended to me and got started with my pedicure. The first lady I worked with who was getting the water heated was sort of spacing out so I asked for a menu to see which service I wanted. Then another lady came to do the pedicure. She was very nice and gave a great massage, but unfortunately the actual trim and color were lacking. I initially picked a glittery shade but she said it would be too thick so I picked another solid gel color. She cut the nails in a strange shape and flooded my cuticle with the gel. When I got home, I noticed that my pinkie toes were catching on my socks and when I looked closely, she’d painted onto the skin which then cured and was now lifting, getting caught in everything. I Went today and got a full manicure and pedicure from Nancy. She was great gentle didn’t hurt me at all! Listen to all my requests and was super nice. I love my nails. They’re perfect I love my nails. They’re perfect. She did so good I’ll definitely be going back. She did so good I’ll definitely be going back.
