I can easily give this salon a 5 star review, from start to finish i have nothing but good things to say. First, calling to make my appointment was easy, friendly yet professional. Christi was able to answer all my questions and it didn't feel rushed at all. Alicia did my 8 yr olds hair, it came out EXACTLY the way I'd hoped it would. She's very talented and her attention to detail is stellar. Crysta did my 16 yr olds hair, this came out absolutely incredible, she was able to match the tones perfectly and she somehow makes doing hair look effortless. Conversation came easy with all 3 ladies, good vibes all around! Will definitely be returning regularly.

The Northern Roots team helped my 16 person bridal party get ready for my wedding in June. They all arrived on time, were efficient and friendly and kept us on pace to have everyone ready with time to spare! The whole team was lovely to work with and every single woman who had a service looked stunning! Often when I was part of a wedding there was something I had to fix on my own and that definitely was not the case here. Everyone was happy with what they had done and you could tell they were all radiating!

Paige did hair for me, my 3 bridesmaids, MoB, MoG, and my grandmother for my wedding this September. I couldn’t be happier with the way everyone’s hair turned out. My trial was great and we were able to play around with a few variations on a half-up style. We took pictures of each one to compare and to reference on the day. My hair was perfect and Paige made sure my veil got placed and pinned appropriately so it stayed in place for the ceremony and pictures. The up-dos for my bridesmaids were flawless and my mom, mother-in-law, and grandmother all felt and looked their best. Paige is kind and listens to her clients needs, wants, and concerns - I have thin hair and she put me at ease about looking my best. I highly recommend Northern Roots for your event (and everyday) needs.

I came in as a new client and got an amazing cut from Payton! About five to six inches off. I requested a blunt cut which can be difficult with dense hair like mine, but she texturized it perfectly to sit around my shoulders. I was scared to cut off my length but am so thrilled with this shoulder length cut! The experience at the salon from checking in and checking out was great too.

I’ve been going to Northern Roots since 2020 and I will never go to another hair salon. Since 2020, I moved to CA and now Germany, and I fly back to get my hair done by Leah. Leah, Paige, and Maryanne also did my wedding hair/makeup and WOW. Everything about it was so beautiful! They did a fantastic job. Leah is SO talented (like every stylist/esthetician there), and I have NEVER gotten a hair cut or color that I am not in love with. She helped me restructure my hair routine and has always been honest with me. Plus, the prices are SO reasonable!!! I will not go anywhere else. I cannot recommend this salon enough- you will be in great hands with Leah, Peyton, Paige, or anyone else there. Plus, they have WONDERFUL facials, lashes, and other aesthetic services! You MUST check them out!
