Adriauna at northern body is amazing. She is so attuned to what is going on with my body and pinpoints what is needed any given day. Far from a one size fits all massage. She does wonderful work and is lovely as well. I’d definitely recommend.

I recently had both lymphatic and therapeutic massages with Adriauna, and I left feeling really impressed by both visits. She uses unique techniques that I haven’t encountered before, and the red light therapy was a great addition. I came in with lower back pain and left feeling so much better.
